Artist Biography

Dunc Ebedes, hailing from a small seaside village in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, is an artistic phenomenon. Overcoming addiction and depression 12 years ago, Ebedes began painting in 2023, quickly transforming his life through art. His work immediately attracted collectors both locally and globally, marking a sensational rise in the art scene.

In early 2024, Ebedes signed with The Art Spread in Orange County, California, as a up and coming featured artist, and also has a collection of six of his works showcased in the exclusive Art Brunch gallery in Cyprus, Europe. In July 2024, Chris Apperley-Bennett, an art curator and photographer with an MA in Art Gallery and Museum Studies from London, invited Ebedes to showcase 40 works from his new collection in his first solo virtual exhibition, which successfully took place in early August 2024.
