Creating a painting like this requires me to think in the 4th dimension, time also. From the first brushstroke I have to know what tones I will reach with the fourth layer of the painting. Creating a painting like this requires me to think in the 4th dimension, time also. From the first brushstroke I have to know what tones I will reach with the fourth layer of the painting. It requires ion and patience to be able to wait for each texture to dry enough to paint the next layer on it. With this, the final result is a complex artwork which reflects dinamism and tranquillity also.

The love of colors and my addiction to painting keeps me going on this road and creating over and over again something new, something heartwarming, something different.

Beata Belanszky-Demko, a contemporary Hungarian painter, is guided by a profound connection to the feeling of inner silence and peace - an emotional state she discovered through the act of painting, an experience she had not encountered before taking up the paintbrush.

For Belanszky-Demko, the commencement of a painting is a journey into the unknown. With no predetermined idea in her mind and often uncertain about the colors she will use, she embraces the uncertainty and allows the painting to unfold organically. The process becomes a form of surrender, a meditative act where the painting paints itself through her, and she finds herself wonderfully lost in the realms of creation.

Her latest body of work comprises abstract paintings rendered in oil on canvas. Through this medium, Belanszky-Demko continues to explore the interplay of colors, shapes, and emotions, expressing her inner world and inviting viewers to her in the immersive and transformative experience of abstract art. Her paintings, born from the spontaneous and intuitive act of creation, encapsulate the beauty of embracing the unknown and finding solace in the process of artistic expression.
