This work is very special, and is very dear to my heart, because it is, in itself, the summary of my entire journey over the last 10 years of experimentation through materials, colors, inks, the absorption of paint into matter, and instinctive embroidery with multicolored threads.
Just as it contains three main parts of a turquoise blue evoking the sea, it underwent three gestations until I declared it finished! It is a work that required a lot of energy from me, with something of the order of feeling in the flesh, emanating from the depths of my being, to give birth to pure joy, as one would bring a child into the world.
Like all my formats mounted on wood, I chose a light oak frame, both simple and chic.
