It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. L’art et sa pratique ont toujours occupé une place essentielle dans mon existence. Enfant, cela a commencé par l’apprentissage de la musique, avec la pratique du violon. Adolescent, c’est l’écriture qui a été un mode d’expression. Plus tard, j’ai pratiqué la photographie argentique en amateur.
Mais c’est au travers de mon parcours professionnel que ma pratique artistique s’est construite et développée.
Avec en tête la phrase d’André MALRAUX, « l’art est le plus court chemin de l’homme à l’homme », dès mes premières expériences professionnelles, j’ai utilisé l’art et l’ai fait entrer dans les institutions au sein desquelles j’ai travaillé. Parallèlement à mes études de psychologie, j’ai travaillé dans un accueil de jour pour personnes adultes souffrant de handicap psychique. Pratiquant la photographie argentique à l’époque, j’ai créé et animé un atelier de photographie qui a abouti à une exposition.
Cette expérience, très riche, m’a amené, après validation d’une maîtrise de psychologie, à m’orienter vers la formation d’éducateur spécialisé. Durant cette formation, j’ai participé à des ateliers d’écriture, de photographie, de théâtre et d’arts plastiques.
J’ai réalisé un stage dans un hôpital auprès de personnes malades alcooliques. J’ai créé et animé dans le service un atelier d’écriture au sein duquel les patients ont pu se révéler en dehors d’un contexte purement médical.
J’ai par la suite travaillé auprès de personnes adultes souffrant de handicap psychique pendant plusieurs années.
Je travaille actuellement dans un service qui accompagne des enfants et des adolescents et leur famille dans le cadre de mesures d’assistance éducative relevant de la Protection de l’Enfance et dans un service d’accueil de jour. J’y anime des ateliers d’art-thérapie après avoir obtenu un Master 2 en sciences humaines et sociales mention Arts-thérapies spécialité Arts-Plastiques thérapies.
Après avoir exploré différents modes d’expression (musique, écriture, photographie) la peinture s’impose à moi comme mon mode d’expression et « ma » médiation au sein des ateliers que j’anime.
