Jacques Leclercq est un peintre et dessinateur autodidacte, né en 1955. Son parcours artistique à débuté en 1970. A cette époque, il s'est d abord concentré sur le dessin, les technisues a l encre de Chine, llavis, [...]

Jacques Leclercq est un peintre et dessinateur autodidacte,  né en 1955. 

Son parcours artistique à débuté en 1970. A cette époque, il s'est d abord concentré sur le dessin , les technisues a l encre de Chine, llavis,  dessin à la plume, et le fusain.

Dès 1971 il a commencé à exposer ses oeuvres, participant à des expositions personnelles et collectives à Bruxelles qui ont marqué le début de sa reconnaissance. 

Dans les années 2005-2008 Jacques s'intéresse aux techniques de gravure à l eau-forte et d'autres techniques tel la gravure sur lino. Son intérêt s'est concrétisé par une formation de 3ans à l Ecole des Beaux Arts de Wavre en Belgique. Cette période lui permet d'élargir ses compétences techniques et de diversifier son approche artistique. 

Depuis 2018, il a repris la peinture à l'huile,  continuant d'explorer de nouveaux horizons tout en restant fidèle à son style figuratif. 

Jacques privilégie un style  où l'importance du dessin se marie harmonieusement avec une utilisation vivante de la couleur. Le mouvement joue un rôle essentiel dans son travail, lui permettant de capturer l'essence de ses sujets avec profondeur.

Depuis 2008 et jusqu'à aujourd'hui production peintures huiles figuratives.
