Researcher at the CNRS in the field of nuclear physics by means of many accelerators through the world, I stopped this activity in 2016. It was a teamwork. Retired and still researcher but only of metallic elements arising from everywhere (old tools, agricultural machinery, destroyed constructions, …) in order to build sculptures highlighting satirical cartoons of human activities (lecture, dance, sport, music, hobby, …), of animals (cat, snail, …), of several present themes (pandemic, climate change, …) by transforming as little as possible each element used before welding or gluing them. Only paints (black and grey), wood stain (light oak) and cylindrical iron bars come from the present shops. Each sculpture keeps a look very rustic. I am spending a lot of time to carry out these sets without having had specific training. And it’s no more a teamwork. So, the days look very busy and short at the same time.
