We do not laugh at love when it reaches the deepest part of its journey, the highest part of its flight: at the deepest part, at the highest part, it draws from us moans and groans, voices of pain, even if it is joyful pain, which, when you think about it, is not at all strange, because being born is a joy that hurts. A small death, they call in the culmination of the embrace, which by breaking us brings us together and by losing us finds us and by ending us begins us. A small death, they call it; but great, very great it must be, if by killing us it gives birth to us.
The small death. Eduardo Galeano

¡Hola!
