It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. Le point commun de toute ma vie artistique est la photographie.
Mon P30, acheté à la fin des années 80, m'accompagne toujours aujourd'hui chargé d'une peliculle N&B en permanence. Un WG de la marque PENTAX est mon compagnon de route pour les photos numériques.
J'ai débuté reporter photo pour la presse locale. "Toujours plus de monde sur la photo, ça fait vendre des exemplaires" me disait le rédacteur-en-chef.
J'ai très vite pratiqué le développement et le tirage des photos sur le matériel de mon père. Aujourd'hui, je possède mon propre laboratoire N&B qui me permet de réaliser mes tirages.
A l'école de journalisme, je me suis spécialisé dans les photos d'architecture des monuments parisiens.
Le Beau est aussi l'autre point commun de mon travail.
Mais à la photographie personnelle, il faut y ajouter des travaux avec des photographies de famille, nos armoires en sont pleines, ou des cartes-postales. Plus que des compilations de collages, c'est la psychologie humaine qui m'intéresse pour être en synchronicité avec moi-même.
A l'Humain et à l'Architecture, il faut ajouter le domaine de la Nature avec le travail sur les arbres qui compose de nombreuses oeuves dont certaines agrémentées d'un texte poétique comme sur la série Art-postal.
Je marche dans la Beauté.
