Licia Trobia, sculptor painter mixed artist, was born on November 3, 1975, in Sicily. Daughter of the weapon, she was born with art in her soul. She is also ionate about medicine. She attended the Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts and then dedicated most of her life to a branch of medicine. But Art never abandons her... Her works show curves and lines but also colors of unparalleled purity. She is ionate about artists of the modern art movement, especially aesthetics, she refers to it for all her creations. Her humanistic concerns and her difficult life naturally lead her to deal with topics such as life, love, human feelings, time, the nude, nature and the elements. She has more or less raw scars from the bereavements and separations of her childhood and adolescence. We find in her works all the notions of emptiness of existence, of psychological disorder but also of fullness, of nothing and of everything, of content and container.You made your first works using tempera. You start from confused, abstract drawings. Then she delights in a more realistic art, when she expresses herself with human subjects and with love. He chose painting, pictorial decoration at the beginning, an area that particularly interested him, but then almost for fun, he began to sculpt, to create objects, as well as to represent them with brush strokes or in meticulous works. The peculiarity of her art lies in the fact that it is indefinite; he is neither a painter nor a sculptor; but he is a painter and sculptor; she models, creates and paints, without ever leaving nothing .............
