The "Bio VS GMO" project uses the apple to question the evolution of food that we consume on a large scale. The practice of scarification of the fruit skin changes their aging process and allows me to analyze and compare a quasi-scientific point of view and the differences in the progress of decay of a plant. But scarification is not only a scientific instrument, it is also taking a fighting stance : This reference to the practices of tribal tattoos of Pacific peoples (Maori), scarification practices and social mutilation in Africa (The Moose in Ghana and other ethnic groups in Burkina Faso, for example). it is the of a drawing, a statement of a fight. a war of taste, more than ever in the news.

AN EXPLORATION AT THE HEART OF CONTEMPORARY TENSIONS José Man Lius, a polymorphic artist of Caribbean origin, questions the intersections between memory, identity and social transformation in a changing world. His transdisciplinary approach combines art, history and science to explore the convergences and confrontations between technology, culture and nature. As a witness to global mutations, he adopts an ecosystemic approach, which offers a critical reflection on the dynamics of cultural and historical transmission, while examining the impact of alternative narratives in the digital age.
