Philippe Jan-Beroca is an illustrator artist combining traditional drawing and digital, mixed media. In his work, he gives a special place to the portrait. He takes his models from existing documents or from his camera, draws them and then reworks them on graphics software to finalize them. He offers portraits, paintings, a representation of personalities of places or objects of his own imagination.
Born in 1966 in Montmorency, he showed his talent for drawing very early on and was already scribbling in his school notebook the women represented in the works of Toulouse-Lautrec and Degas.
