Autumn 2023, Sunday afternoon in the studio, the fire is burning in the fireplace and I have always been fascinated by fire and its unpredictability...
That was the main reason for creating the Guardian of the Fire. As I am a Giacometti fan, the shape of the figure was a given. The size resulted from the dimensions of the fireplace... et voilà the Guardian of Fire was born

Automne 2023, dimanche après-midi dans l'atelier, le feu brûle dans la cheminée et j'ai toujours été fasciné par le feu et son imprévisibilité...
C'est la raison principale qui m'a poussé à créer la Guardian of the Fire. Comme je suis un adepte de Giacometti, la forme de la figure était donnée. La taille a découlé des dimensions de la cheminée... et voilà le Gardien du Feu était né.

Autunno 2023, domenica pomeriggio in studio, il fuoco arde nel camino e io sono sempre stato affascinato dal fuoco e dalla sua imprevedibilità...
Questo è stato il motivo principale della creazione del Guardiano del fuoco. Essendo un fan di Giacometti, la forma della figura era scontata. Le dimensioni derivavano dalle dimensioni del camino... et voilà è nato il Guardiano del Fuoco.

Herbst 2023, Sonntagnachmittag im Atelier, das Feuer brennt im Kamin und ich war schon immer vom Feuer und seiner Unberechenbarkeit fasziniert...
Dies war der Hauptgrund für die Schaffung des Feuerwächters. Da ich ein Fan von Giacometti bin, war die Form der Figur eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Abmessungen wurden von der Größe des Schornsteins abgeleitet... et voila, der Wächter des Feuers war geboren
