Viktor Zinchenko is an amateur artist. He studied at the young technicians' station in the modeling section since childhood. Modeling developed in parallel with the ability to draw, and later Viktor realized himself as a graphic artist. The history of the series of graphic images of motor transport began in 2004. He participated in the exhibitions "Book Medvin" more than 10 times; at the stand of the magazine "Stena" three personal exhibitions in the Natural Museum of the city of Brovary (2014/16/18), a personal exhibition in Chernihiv - Regional Art Museum (2019); personal exhibition KPI Museum (2022-23); and at many group exhibitions. The artist's works are kept in many private collections in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, Australia. Viktor Zinchenko is also an artist of the Ukrposhta stamp series "City Transport" (2016).
