Inspired by the most abstract production of Georgia O’Keeffe, this selection of works follows the path traced by the American painter, where the floral subject ceases to be simply recognizable and becomes chromatic vibration, breath, sensitive presence.

O’Keeffe made the flower a threshold. By magnifying it to the point of losing its structure, she transformed it into open space, into tension between figure and abstraction.
The works selected for this exhibition share this gesture: they do not imitate, but traverse the O’Keeffe tradition, projecting it into the present with new visions, techniques, and perceptions.

Here, the petals merge into patches of color, the corollas expand until they blend with the pictorial surface, the line becomes atmosphere. Some works still retain traces of botanical recognition, while others abandon all reference, pursuing the sensory memory of blooming.
