Igor received a higher art education in Ukraine in the city of Kharkov, where he successfully completed courses in painting, graphics, composition and design.  He worked all the time as an artist-designer.   He was mainly engaged in object design, sculpture and decorative metal casting, as well as painting. His design works and paintings are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, in the United Arab Emirates.
